Last night, Donald Trump and JD Vance won the 2024 U.S. election despite our best efforts to prevent that outcome. If all 32.5 million Americans of NREENCA Heritage had joined our voting bloc, things almost certainly would have turned out differently. Share with as many people as you can because the closer to that 32.5 million we get, the more power our voting block has!
Our organization is picking up the torch of a very old issue, fighting against Russia’s oppression of its neighbors. However, the voting bloc itself came to be in response to this most recent iteration of Russian aggression, the 2022 invasion of Ukraine, and some of our politician’s reactions to that unprovoked aggression in the lead up to the 2024 election. Which is not enough time to reach 32.5 million people with any message, we’re getting there! (With your help!)
So where do we go from here?
Is all hope lost? Do we sit idle collecting voting members until the next election and hopefully have enough to turn the result then?
Of course not! We continue to fight and give everything we have!
Because today, on November 6th 2024, Ukraine still stands. The battle lines lie more or less where they did before we knew who won the election. Moldova made an incredible step in an election of their own. And we will continue to do everything we can in the next four years and after to advocate for and support each of them.
We are a non-partisan organization; we have nothing against Donald Trump, JD Vance, or any other Republican. We only want our parents’ and grandparents’ countries to be safe. And if Trump and Vance can keep Ukraine, Moldova, and all other NREENCA countries safe then we will flip to loving and supporting them.
1. We were and are concerned that Vance’s plan if implemented as is would lead to a very short very temporary ceasefire in which Russia would regroup and recuperate. Then, when Russia had regained its strength, we believe it would surprise invade again whatever is left of Ukraine. And that without US support, as well as from the weakened position of being forced to cede much of its land and people (to be killed or suffer immensely under Russian occupation, including often being forcibly conscripted to fight against their own countrymen), Ukraine would struggle to hold onto what it still holds let alone take back Russia’s (soon to be heavily fortified) positions on internationally recognized Ukrainian land taken only as recently as 2022-2024.
2. We also were and are concerned that if Putin is given a deal which he finds favorable, then the only lesson learned from this war is that Western anger or Western support are fickle, and that it pays to aggressively seize territory while ignoring the West’s objections because we will simply grow tired of defending the things we say we care about.
We need to work our asses off to push the positions of this administration off these two points. Before any deal happens. Failing that, we need to push their supporters after a deal is made to continue to support sending aid to Ukraine up until and seriously increasing after Russia inevitably breaks the deal.
We are still in America, with the power of free speech in the most powerful country on earth and the only one which can single-handedly stop Russia from what it fully intends to do, which is completely subjugate and/or seize by force and culturally genocide any/all of its neighbors.
We at the ANHA genuinely believe that the only reason things seem to be so dire for Ukraine is because many Americans don’t know anything about Eastern Europe, they don’t know the history, they don’t understand the politics, but if they did their opinions would flip. We know this because Russia pays a lot of money and spends a lot of time on the information war, so without that outside influence, the American people would certainly be more sympathetic to Ukraine and NREENCA issues then they are.
What little most Americans have actually heard about Eastern Europe comes indirectly through Russia as part of Russia’s information war. Proven paid disinformation spreaders such as Tim Pool, and all but proven (via his access) Kremlin approved propaganda agent Tucker Carleson speak exactly the message Putin wants spoken to American voters who are unaware of how impossible it would be to get an interview with Putin without Putin approving of your message (in general, across your whole show), and or surviving it after if he did not approve of your line of questioning. And that leads to a lot of misinformation.
We are not saying anyone involved, not Tim, not Tucker, certainly not the listener have any idea what larger game they are a part of or how it works. We believe Tim when he said he didn’t know where the money came from, but now that he knows we want and expect him to pause and consider why his opinions align so well with the Kremlin that they want to give him a lot of money with no notes. We believe, until demonstrated otherwise, that perhaps Tucker doesn’t understand how rare it is for any western journalist to be allowed a long form “unscripted” interview with Putin.
We are not saying anyone involved are bad people. But we are saying their information needs correcting. We are also not saying everything they say needs correcting, our organization takes no position on any of the other hot button political issues those two talk about. We think specifically the things about Eastern Europe that many Americans, both in and out of media, genuinely believe are incorrect. And we believe we can correct that misunderstanding.
In other words, welcome to the information war. We will be fighting Russian lies with good old fashioned Honest Abe, can’t tell a lie, American truth! As someone important once said, “a lie can make it halfway around the world while the truth is putting on its shoes”, so we’ve got our work cut out for us.
Please volunteer to help us research or educate and spread these corrections! We also need marketing volunteers to drum up attention!
The next big article, and the first contribution to the “theory” section of the wiki, will be on the mechanics of information warfare (the immoral kind, with the lying) using an Agent Based Modeling (ABM) and Game Theoretic approach. Comparing and contrasting the two ways of looking at it, so we can hopefully wrap our heads around what Russia’s been doing to the American mind since the (first) Cold War. We will also finish our culture article on the NREENCA origins of the Christmas tree just in time for the holidays.
Also await the next post here and on our social media, which is coming soon, as we will be soon planning some form of protest or public action to try to move the Trump/Vance administration off of any deal which is unfairly weighted towards Russia and also has no enforcement mechanism. (Enforcement mechanisms such as, if land and more importantly people on that land is/are given up perhaps what remains of Ukraine can join NATO or can be aided in re-nuclearization as is only fair if we abandon the Budapest Memorandum.) These are the only things which have some hope of forcing Russia to obey the ceasefire in the long term.
In the words of our president who we were extremely skeptical about but who we genuinely hope can prove us wrong, as well as whose supporters (according to some of our canvassers) were sympathetic and open to hearing about NREENCA Issues: “Fight! Fight! Fight!”
And in the words of the president that might have been with more voting members: “Do not despair. This is not a time to throw up our hands. This is a time to roll up our sleeves.”
The fight is on, my sleeves are rolled.
But we need help to fight the entire propaganda wing of the world’s largest country with the least honest government.
Are yours?
